9yyy Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 9yyy platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you", "your"). By creating an account at 9yyy or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below:

Platform

"Platform" refers to the 9yyy website, mobile version, and all related digital services, including slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming activities.

Member

"Member" refers to any person who has created a valid account on the 9yyy platform and has accepted these Terms.

Services

"Services" refers to all online gaming, betting, payment processing, and related support activities provided by 9yyy.

Bet

"Bet" refers to the amount of money placed by a Member in any game or sports betting activity.

Eligibility & Account Creation

Age Requirement

To create an account on the 9yyy platform and use the services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be cancelled immediately.

One Person, One Account

Each Member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person will be considered a violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Providing Accurate Information

When creating an account, you must accurately provide your full name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information required for identity verification. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account cancellation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

9yyy may at any time request submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. The verification process will not be fully disclosed to third parties.

Account Security

Ensuring the security of your 9yyy account is your own responsibility. You must follow the guidelines below to keep your account secure:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong and unique password — do not use the same password across different sites.
• Log out properly after using your account, especially on shared devices.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Stay alert to phishing emails or fraudulent links — 9yyy will never ask for your password by email.

Liability for Unauthorized Use

9yyy will not be liable for unauthorized use of your account by a third party, unless it is proven that the incident was caused by a fault in our system. If you experience any issue accessing your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The approved deposit methods at 9yyy are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Your identity verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Currency

All transactions on the 9yyy platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 (৳1,000 × 20) before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

Special Provisions for Bonus Terms

• The bonus is given only once — only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus will not be activated.
• All promotions have a set expiry — expired bonuses will be considered void.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 9yyy reserves the right to investigate and may temporarily suspend the account.

VIP Program

The 9yyy VIP program has three tiers. Members can progress to higher tiers step by step based on their gaming activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week and premium benefits.

The terms and conditions for VIP tiers and benefits may change at 9yyy's discretion. Cashback is generally credited on a weekly basis.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the 9yyy platform are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, and others). The specific rules for each game can be found in the game's interface.

Betting Rules

• The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game will be displayed within the game.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, winnings are determined according to the published odds. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be handled in accordance with 9yyy's rules.

Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to server downtime, internet disconnection, or other technical reasons, the result will be determined based on the game log. If a technical error produces an abnormal result, 9yyy reserves the right to void that bet.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9yyy platform and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Fraudulent activity — attempting to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Bonus abuse — strategically altering betting patterns to fulfil bonus requirements.
• Money laundering — using the platform to clean illegally obtained funds.
• Multiple accounts — operating more than one account by the same person.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or other automated programs.
• Selling or transferring accounts — selling, transferring, or renting an account to a third party.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities — intentionally using any bug or technical flaw in the system.
• Providing false information — submitting false information regarding identity or payment.

If any of the above violations are detected, 9yyy reserves the full right to investigate the relevant account, temporarily suspend it, and permanently close it if necessary.

Use of Information

Your personal information may be used for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification.
• Payment processing and fraud prevention.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Necessary information may be shared with trusted third parties for payment processing, identity verification, and technical services. However, we will never sell your information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Within the limits of applicable law, 9yyy will not be held responsible for the following:

• Financial losses in gaming or betting — any financial loss arising from participation in games is at the member's own risk.
• Third-party service failures — losses caused by technical issues with payment providers or game providers.
• Internet connection disruption — if a game is interrupted due to issues with the member's internet connection.
• Authorized access — if someone else uses the account on the member's own device.
• Unforeseen circumstances — if the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unavoidable situations.

Service guarantee

9yyy strives to ensure uninterrupted availability of the platform, however we reserve the right to temporarily suspend it for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not promise any compensation for periods when the service is unavailable.

Account closure and suspension

Account closure by member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. An account closure request can be made by sending an email to [email protected].

Suspension and termination by 9yyy

9yyy reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Security-related concerns.

Balance after termination

If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, 9yyy will decide on the balance based on the outcome of the investigation. Legitimately earned balances are generally returned, however amounts related to bonuses may be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

9yyy believes that gaming is a recreational activity and all members should play responsibly. We provide various tools to help members manage their gaming.

Setting self-limits

Members can set weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. These limits take effect immediately, and a specified waiting period applies to increase them.

Self-exclusion break

Any member can take a break from the platform for a set period (for example, 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months). It will not be possible to log in to the account while the self-exclusion break is active.

Permanent exclusion

If a member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they can request to permanently exclude themselves (self-exclusion). This process can be started by contacting [email protected].

Changes to terms and conditions
